Cooking Methods 烹饪方式

1. Remove dumpling from package straight from freezer. No need to defrost.

2. Place the frozen dumplings into boiling water and gently stir to prevent dumplings sticking to the pot.

3. Cook on hight heat for approx. 4 minutes with lid on and adjust to medium heat once the water starts to boil.

4. Remove the lid and cook for further 2 minutes.

2. 将饺子放入沸水中,用汤勺背轻轻推动饺子,以防粘锅。

3. 加盖煮约4分钟 (大火将水烧开后调至中火) 。

4. 揭盖再煮约2分钟即可。

Boil 煮

1. Remove dumpling from package straight from freezer. No need to defrost.

2. Place the frozen dumplings in a steamer, steam for approx. 10 minutes with lid.

2. 将饺子放入蒸笼,加盖蒸约10分钟即可。

Steam 蒸

1. Remove dumpling from package straight from freezer. No need to defrost.

2. Place the frozen dumplings in the frying pan.

3. Add a teaspoon cooking oil and fry the dumplings for 2 minutes (medium heat).

4. Add 1/3 cup of water then cover the pan with the lid. Cook on hight heat until the water inside the frying pan evaporates (approx. 4-6 minutes). 

5. Continue to cook on medium heat until the bottom of the dumplings are golden.

3. 加一勺食用油将饺子中火煎2分钟。

4. 加1/3杯水后加盖,强火煎4-6分钟至水干。

5. 中火煎至饺子底部呈金黄色即可。
